All bets placed from your Account are deemed to be placed by you unless you have reported a security compromise prior to such bets being settled.
All transactions on jombet are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Jombet supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and supported cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, USDT, and LTC.
All account balances, bonus credits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to the MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction confirmation. Jombet is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and conversion.
Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Jombet's total liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant cause of action arises.
Jombet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, KYC failure, or where required by licensing or legal obligations.
Upon termination for breach, all bonus credits and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned at jombet's discretion following a review period, minus any sums attributable to Prohibited Conduct.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting jombet's support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any active wagering requirements completed or forfeited. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the closure date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jombet holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jombet's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 days of submission, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by jombet's licensing authority. Players retain the right to pursue legal remedies under the laws of their own jurisdiction where applicable.
Jombet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered account address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate implementation is required by legal or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform prior to the effective date.
